I suppose it’s time I actually talked about what I’m doing here on this tumblr since I’ve actually reached 100 posts. Basically, as I’m sure you’ve noticed by now, I’ll be posting pages from manga that I find while just browsing around that pique my interest (generally from something that hasn’t been translated) or from things that I have translated that I think are cool or amusing.
Currently I’m going through my back-catalog of series or one shots that I have translated (or things I found a long time ago that someone else translated as is the case with the excellent The Wicked Eyes Fly to the Full Moon), but when I run out of those I’ll start posting more pages from things that haven’t been translated yet. I’ve always got some things that are being scanlated so I’ll post those when they come out. (Currently, some Saruwatari Tetsuya, Hoshino Yukinobu, and Ikegami Ryoichi.)
In any case, thanks to the few followers I’ve attracted to this point, and here’s to hoping this blog creates some interest in these authors and artists that don’t seem to be generally well known.
Edit: Oh and also, I’m open to suggestions, questions, whatever. Just drop a line.
